have developed a Fostering Management System (FMS)
which allows the user to manage all aspects of the
fostering life cycle. The software helps the user
in the recruitment of foster carers, setting up relevant
training schedules for them and ensuring that all
the relevant checks have been carried out. Moreover,
the user to easily manage the placement process and
the software handles all the scenarios such as respite
care during a placement. |

| The
accounts module manages the financial aspect of the
operation, creating invoices to customers (e.g. Local
Authority) and making payments to carers on a regular
basis. It can also handle specific payment for the
child such as travel cost, spending money etc. This
solution will be beneficial to either the Local Authority
who are running their own in-house foster placement
service or to independent fostering agencies. |
